Are you interested in working for a company with a solid foundation yet is also nimble like a startup?

Fluent has been around for over 25 years as the "gold standard" in utilization review for dental insurance carriers and recognized as a leader in dental market intelligence for a wide range of other dental market organizations. Driven by an entrepreneurial culture, we're constantly adapting to develop new products and services that better serve our customers.

Fluent began in 1996 as P&R Dental Strategies, providing outsourced dental claim review services to insurance payers and became the "gold standard" in utilization review. On that foundation, we built the industry's first multi-payer, commercial dental claims database, DentaBase®.

Today with DentaBase containing over 5 billion dental claims and growing by millions more each year, Fluent uses this unique asset of de-identified data to provide benchmarking analyses, market forecasting, dental fee insights, quality scoring and more to dental insurance companies, dental device manufacturers and dealers — and even to dentists — to help them better understand their businesses. Today we continue to innovate enhancing our products and services with market-leading artificial intelligence and machine learning technology.

Fluent recently acquired two companies, Dentistat and Go2Dental, and together with our private equity owners, The Beekman Group, we are poised to invest in the next stage of our growth. You could be an important part of that growth journey.

Our mission is to deploy the dental industry's top data-enabled technology solutions to deliver actionable insights to all stakeholders in the oral health industry. With a focus on innovation and a commitment to excellence, Fluent is dedicated to transforming the dental industry and setting new standards for the quality of care. As a trusted third party, we are fully committed to maintaining the utmost ethical standards and ensuring the security of the sensitive information we handle.

We are honest, ethical, and we do the right thing.
We acknowledge our position as a trusted third party and we act accordingly.
We take pride in delivering the highest quality of work.
